Zuzori restaurant

Enjoy your stay
in our restaurant…

ZUZORI is cozy alfresco restaurant in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The imaginative menu boasts fresh Adriatic seafood as well as pastas, light salads and vegetarian dishes made with a great modern twist and of only the freshest and the finest ingredients. It also offers mouthwatering home-made desserts and the wine list with a great selection of high quality local wine.
Chef Pasko Kapetanić, an enthusiastic and talented young man from Dubrovnik who has perfected his craft with the popular chef Jeffrey Vela, is on a mission here in Zuzori. While inclined to use indigenous and high-quality ingredients while creating his masterpiece, he wants to surprise their guests with the way of preparation and serving the dish, alternating with fusion and rustic Croatian classics. While most of his inspiration comes through self-experimenting in his kitchen or through conversation with his colleagues, nothing beats the power of grocery. That is where his entire dedication lies within.

With cozy ambiance of this little restaurant inside the medieval city walls and hearty food that pushed the boundaries of simply being beautiful and delicious, let us show you that this is not fine dining. This is falling in love with food. Our food and ready to be shared with you.

Discover the novelties that are being prepared at the Dubrovnik Zuzori restaurant this season and why every foodie should visit this charming place in the center of the Old Town.

Clients testimonials

Seriously. The beef was beautiful. Black Angus tenderloin, with an onion puree and some deliciously cheesy potatoes. The beef sauce pulled everything together. That beef. Have I mentioned it yet? Melt-in-your-mouth with a perfect punch of flavour.
The service was attentive also, and they had some good Croatian wines to recommend. Unfortunately we didn’t get a dessert, but I’ll book a flight back to Dubrovnik and fix that.

Real gem in the back streets.
Spent a few days in Dubrovnik and eat some mediocre meals. But this was a find on our last night.
Had a Croatian Black Pig pork chop and loved it. My wife had a tenderloin steak and that was also tasty, well cooked and well presented. The wine in Croatia is a bit hit and miss and also expensive, but Zurori were reasonably priced with a good selection. It was a small but cozy restaurant and we eat inside as the weather was not so good. The staff were very good as well.

I dined here with 7 new friends I’d made during Adventure Sail Week and it was honestly one of the best meals of my life.
I had the Argentinian perfection and it was glorious. They can indeed call it perfect. Wonderful service, great location and unbelievable food. We all had different things and everyone was happy!.

Four of us had a great light dinner. My meal of mushroom soup, garden salad and ratatouille was delicious and nicely presented. My friends were also happy with their meals (one had the same as me, the other two had seared tuna). I was impressed to find a place offering organic ingredients and quality meals in this touristy area.
