Few words about our menu

Interesting delicacies on Zuzori’s menu are not a new thing, whether it’s beef’s tail cooked for about 24 hours, sausage of Slavonian black pig, or the creamy mixture of prawns and our traditional pork sausage. These dishes emphasize the quality of fish and meat, so if you are adventurous spirit as well as of more conservative taste when it comes to food, we are definitely sure you will love Pasko’s cooking.

As a signature dish, the black octopus risotto is a big star in Zuzori which shows you how incredible parts of fish are used to give a finish touch of bursting flavors to this traditional meal. As a definite recommendation, we want to put a spotlight on the mullet with butter and herbs in which they have managed to retain the fresh flavor of the sea accompanied by a Mediterranean aroma. “Taste the sea”, that is how we call this hero of ours.

Another dish that definitely pops out is the previously mentioned beef tail, first baked to get rid of excess fat after tendons are removed, then cooked for over 18 hours until full softness,and served with sauce and fresh crispy salad. An ultimate aroma balance achieved.
